Happy December everyone! I'm sure you're also thinking how-it-is-that-time-of-the-year-again and/or it's-the-end-of-the-decade-what-the-f. I can't quite believe it either and yes, time most definitely goes faster every damn year.
As I mentioned in my last couple of posts, I want to keep the content over here a little snappier and digestive without too much pressure and production to invigorate the content space over here so I hope you guys like it so far.
I took a little break from shooting film over the last few months, as I just felt like I wasn't shooting anything new and interesting. A break was just what I needed to spark my inspiration and so I am back with my favourite little editorial style featuring this Atout dress. The shape and style instantly drew me in. It encapsulates the balance between costume & chic. I will admit, at first I was wondering how I was going to make this work without looking like a complete clown and the trick was definitely to ground it with sophisticated/grown-up accessories and simple hair & make up.
Amen to versatile pieces like this one. I love how you can easily chuck on a pair of chunky boots for a casual look or a pair of heels & statement earrings for an evening outfit.
